Vuoi sapere come rendere la tua lettera di vendita di interesse al tuo mercato?
Prima di iniziare a scrivere qualsiasi pezzo pubblicitario, tengo bene in mente uno dei più importanti consigli riguardo all’arte della vendita che risale al 1934 da parte del leggendario copywriter, Robert Collier:
“Partecipa alla conversazione che sta prendendo
luogo nella mente del tuo potenziale cliente”
Questo è il principale concetto che si impara leggendo il suo libro ”Robert Collier Letter Book” e di fatto sembra essere il fattore di successo delle numerose lettere di vendita scritte dall’autore.
Per cui se tu impari ad interpretare il processo di vendita da questo punto di vista, riuscirai ad ottenere risultati fenomenali.
Innanzitutto vediamo perchè è importante entrare nella mente dei tuoi potenziali clienti…
Al giorno d’oggi, con tutti i messaggi pubblicitari che vengono lanciati addosso alle persone ogni santo giorno, diventa quasi un’impresa ottenere un briciolo di attenzione dai nostri potenziali clienti.
Dunque il modo per metterti in risalto da tutti questa spazzatura che corre nella direzione delle persone che vuoi raggiungere, è di partecipare alla conversazione che stanno avendo nella loro testa.
Il motivo è che ti permette di posizionarti sullo stesso livello di comunicazione, di avere empatia per la persona. In tale posizione puoi rispondere facilmente alle sue possibili obiezioni riguardo a ciò che stai tentando di offrirgli.
Ti è mai capitato di leggere qualcosa che sembrava scritta apposta per te e pareva che la persona leggesse la tua mente?
Come ti sei sentito?
In una situazione simile vi è sintonia con quella persona e si è vermente interessati a ciò che ha da dire.
Facendo in modo che anche i tuoi potenziali clienti si sentano così quando leggono il tuo messaggio, riuscirai a concludere più vendite, perchè la persona sente che il messaggio sia stato scritto per lui e che il prodotto sia stato creato apposta per lui (o per lei).
A questo punto per fare questo, la domanda è di capire come entrare nella mente del tuo mercato e come partecipare alla loro conversazione.
Per farlo devi prima di tutto sapere qual’è questa conversazione.Si può partire ponendoti delle semplici domande…
Che cosa stanno pensando?
E’ necessario avere ben chiaro il profilo del tuo ideale acquirente.
Dunque procedi scrivendo su un foglio tutte le caratteristiche e i requisiti che deve avere il tuo ideale acquirente.
Non limitarti solamente a descrivere le sue necessità.
Ma scrivi tutto ciò che ti passa per la testa che riguarda la sua vita e ciò che sta passando il tuo ideale acquirente: i suoi problemi, le sue frustrazioni, il suo stile di vita, le sue routine, ecc.
Per esplorare meglio tutto questo, devi far parte del gruppo di persone del tuo mercato. Diventa uno di loro. Acquista i prodotti che loro acquistano, fai le cose che loro fanno in generale ed analizza bene l’eperienza che stanno passando.
Questo credo che sia molto importante, perchè nessuno può capire come ci si sente in una determinata situazione finchè non la si provi in prima persona.
E’ molto importante avere più dati possibili riguarda al tuo target, perchè così riuscirai a capire come e cosa potrebbe pensare, ed utilizzare tali informazioni per scrivere una lettera di vendita che sia adatta a lui.
Quando hai una grossa quantità di informazioni rilevanti al tuo ideale acquirente, puoi scrivere la lettera di vendita dimostrando che tu capisci ciò che lui sta provando e puoi far fronte ad ogni sua possibile…
Obiezione
Rispondendo alle sue obiezioni al momento che queste vengono fuori, riesci a mostrare molta empatia nei suoi confronti.
Il motivo per cui devi subito rispondere alle obiezioni man mano che sorgono nella mente della persona, sta nel fatto che le permetti proseguire liberamente con la conversazione. Invece tralasciandole, queste si accumulano nella sua mente a tal punto in cui diventa molto difficile far fronte ed eliminare lo scetticismo.
Concludendo, cerca di metterti nei panni del tuo ideale acquirente e prova ciò che lui sta passando. Quando avrai abbastanza informazioni sul suo conto, scrivi la tua lettera di vendita esprimendo le cose dal suo punto di vista.

L’unico modo per vincere la diffidenza delle persone è di trasmettere credibilità, presentando delle prove o dimostrazioni.
Non conosco il prodotto che stai vendo e neppure la lettera di vendita, ma probabilmente vorrai rafforzarla inserendo alcune testimonianze e citando test o dimostrazioni fatte da sorgenti autoritarie.

Tutte le persone di fronte ad un prodotto/servizio hanno dei dubbi od obiezioni al riguardo. La tua capacità di chiarire i loro dubbi influenzerà la loro decisione di acquistare.

Puoi decisamente migliorare la percentuale di conversione se rendi il tuo sito più mirato ad un solo obiettivo: la vendita del tuo prodotto.
Al contrario, attualmente offri al visitatore troppe scelte, idee e links che possono portare molta confusione.
Dunque, ti suggerisco di presentare tutto in una lettera di vendita, mirata appunto alla vendita del prodotto. Al contrario di quello che tu possa pensare, la lunghezza della pagina di vendita conta poco. Chi è veramente interessato al prodotto la leggerà tutta (basta che non sia noiosa).
